Terms and conditions

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1 These rules of purchase and sale (hereinafter referred to as the Rules) determine the rights of a person purchasing goods meda.lt in the online store (hereinafter referred to as the Buyer), and UAB „Meda LT" (hereinafter referred to as the Seller) mutual rights, obligations and responsibilities. By purchasing goods in the online store, the Buyer agrees to the application of these Rules.
1.2. When placing an order in the online store, the buyer must provide the data necessary for the proper execution of the order: name, surname, delivery address or parcel locker address, telephone number and e-mail address.
1.3. By approving these rules, the Buyer agrees that the Buyer's data provided in clause 1.2. will be processed for the purposes of order processing, analysis of the Seller's activities and direct marketing.
1.4. By agreeing to the processing of the Buyer's data for the purpose of processing the order, the Buyer also agrees to the sending of information messages necessary for the fulfillment of the order of goods to the e-mail address or telephone number specified by the Buyer.

2. MOMENT OF CONCLUSION OF THE PURCHASE AND SALES AGREEMENT
2.1. The purchase and sale agreement between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded from the moment the Buyer agrees with the Rules and clicks the "Pay" button after creating the shopping cart, specifying the delivery address, selecting the payment method, and making the payment and is valid until the full fulfillment of the obligations under this agreement. If the Buyer does not agree with part or all of the Rules, in this case the Buyer should not place an order, otherwise it is considered that the Buyer has familiarized himself with and agreed to all the Rules.

3. BUYER'S RIGHTS
3.1. The Buyer has the right to purchase goods in the online store in accordance with these Rules.
3.2. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract of sale of goods with the Seller. The packaging of the returned goods must be clean and undamaged, the returned item must be fully completed, otherwise the Seller has the right not to accept the returned goods. The costs of delivery of the returned goods are paid by the Buyer.
3.3. The buyer, having noticed that the product is defective, must return the defective product to the seller no later than 14 days after receiving the product. The buyer must write a free-form return request in writing and send it by e-mail. info@meda.lt or add to the returned goods, in which they would choose the form of compensation: replace the defective goods with a new one and send it to the buyer free of charge; refund the money to the specified buyer's account. The buyer must indicate the date of purchase of the goods or the order number, the reason for the return in the return request. If the buyer does not comply with all the above conditions when returning the goods, UAB "Meda LT reserves the right not to accept the goods, not to exchange them, and not to refund the money paid by the buyer for the goods.
3.4. UAB "Meda LT" goods return location: Šaltalankių g. 1, Klevinė, Vilnius district, LT-14180.
3.5. The Buyer has other rights provided for in the Rules and legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

4. BUYER'S OBLIGATIONS
4.1. The Buyer must accept the ordered goods, pay the price of the goods and their delivery. The Buyer can pay for the goods using his/her online bank, PaySera and Luminor payment systems.
4.2. If the data provided by the Buyer during the order changes, the Buyer must inform the Seller.
4.3. After the Buyer clicks the "Pay" button, payment for the goods must be made within 24 hours. If payment is not received within this period, the Seller has the right to consider the purchase and sale agreement invalid.
4.4. The Buyer must comply with other requirements established in the Rules and legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

5. SELLER'S RIGHTS
5.1. If the Buyer attempts to deliberately harm the operation or functioning of the online store, the Seller has the right to limit or terminate the Buyer's ability to use the online store without prior notice and is not liable for any losses incurred by the Buyer in this regard.
5.2. The Seller has the right to unilaterally change the Rules or terminate the operation of the online store.
5.3. The Seller has other rights provided for in the Rules and legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

6. SELLER'S OBLIGATIONS
6.1. The Seller undertakes to provide the Buyer with the conditions to use the electronic store and execute purchase and sale agreements.
6.2. The seller undertakes to comply with other requirements set forth in these Rules.

7. DELIVERY OF GOODS
7.1. The Buyer's invoice for the goods is delivered together with the goods.
7.2. The delivery price depends on the dimensions and weight of the item.
7.3. Usually, the goods are delivered to the address specified by the Buyer within 2-5 business days from the receipt of payment for the goods and transportation of the goods. The delivery date can be adjusted by e-mail or telephone specified by the Buyer when ordering the goods. The goods are delivered throughout Lithuania, except for the Curonian Spit.
7.4. Upon delivery or collection of the goods, the Buyer must check the quantity and condition of the ordered goods. Once the Buyer signs the delivery confirmation, the purchase and sale agreement is deemed to have been fulfilled and the Buyer has no claims.
7.5. If the goods are not accepted by the Buyer, the Buyer must inform the Seller by indicating the details of the person who will accept them when filling in the delivery information of the order.

8. LIABILITY
8.1. The Buyer is fully responsible for the accuracy of the data provided in the order form and assumes responsibility for the consequences arising from incorrect or inaccurate data provided in the order form.
8.2. The Seller is responsible only for the information provided on the Seller's website.

9. SENDING INFORMATION
9.1. The Seller sends all notifications to the Buyer's e-mail address or telephone number provided in the order form.
9.2. The Buyer shall send all notifications and questions to the Seller by e-mail. info@meda.lt.

10. FINAL PROVISIONS
10.1. These Rules are subject to the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
10.2. All disagreements regarding the purchase and sale agreement between the Buyer and the Seller shall be resolved through negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached, the disagreements shall be resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
