How to use Sea-Band bracelets correctly?

The Sea-Band is a knitted elastic bracelet that works by using an integrated plastic ball to press and stimulate the P6 or Nei-Kuan acupuncture point. This point is found on both wrists of each hand. The Nei-Kuan points are found by placing the three middle fingers of the other hand on the inner part of the wrist. To measure and fit the bracelet correctly for your child, use the child's fingers. The Nei-Kuan point is located under the third finger, between the tendons of the wrist. Place the bracelet so that the convex plastic ball is on this point.

The Sea-Band bracelet starts working after 2-5 minutes, but better results are obtained if the bracelet is put on before traveling or before nausea-causing symptoms appear.
