TOWER MX-1 dry carbon dioxide and ozone bath

TOWER MX-1 is a unique (2-in-1) bath cabin that can apply two different types of therapy – dry carbon dioxide (CO2) and ozone (O3). The device works automatically and has a built-in counter on the control panel to display the duration of the therapy session. The CO2/O3 bath chamber has an innovative control system that allows you to adjust therapy parameters such as temperature, dose and duration of the therapeutic gas. Both therapies can be complemented by chromotherapy by switching on the integrated LEDs and music therapy by listening to music from a playlist. The music can be played through the built-in speakers or headphones.

Carbonic acid (CO2) treatment

The TOWER MX-1 offers you the possibility to set the desired temperature (between 25 and 41°C), switch the LEDs on/off, select a melody, set the duration of the treatment and select the programme according to the indications. This procedure is intended for patients who, due to existing diseases, cannot use the so-called “wet” baths, which impose an additional hydrostatic pressure. It is not necessary to remove outer clothing when using the dry carbon dioxide bath. The dry carbonic acid treatment is also suitable for patients with mobility dysfunction, as the bath has easy access through a door.

Ozone (C3) procedure

The TOWER MX-1 offers the possibility to set the ozone dose level (5 levels), switch the LEDs on/off, select the melody and set the desired duration of the treatment. Ozone has been used in medicine for more than 100 years as a sterilising and disinfecting agent, as well as a substance that improves cell metabolism by supplying oxygen to the tissues. Ozone used for therapeutic purposes is not pure. Ozone and oxygen or mixtures of ozone and air are commonly used. Ozone-oxygen mixtures improve peripheral blood circulation in the lower limbs, provide better oxygenation of tissues, have antithrombotic and anti-atherosclerotic effects, and disinfect wounds and ulcers. At higher concentrations it kills bacteria and viruses and at lower concentrations it promotes the healing of wounds, burns, ulcers and bedsores, and has immune boosting properties.
