Description
The Acus Med Spider back brace is an excellent device that helps maintain the correct position of the spine, shoulders, pelvis and other body parts. It can help reduce the load on the joints and muscles and additionally serve as an element of therapy in the treatment of spinal pain associated with scoliosis, lordosis or kyphosis.
The Acus Med Spider posture corrector has a built-in vibration sensor that vibrates when the body position is incorrect and reminds you to correct your posture. It has a breathable nylon strap with an adjustable length that does not restrict movement. A durable battery and fast charging ensure a long use of the corrector.
How to use a posture corrector?
1. Adjust the straps to the appropriate length and place the corrector on your back (like a backpack). The straps should be slightly tight, but not restricting movement and should be comfortable to wear.
2. It is very important that the charging port is at the top when wearing the corrector.
3. Press the button to turn on the corrector.
4. Stand in a straight, upright position for about 4 seconds so that the corrector remembers this position.
5. As soon as you start to hunch over, the device will notify you by vibrating.
6. The concealer should be worn 2 or 3 times a day for 15-20 minutes.
Posture corrector – what should you remember?
The main task of the corrector is to maintain the correct body position. However, if used incorrectly, its operation may not be entirely effective, and you will not hear the vibration when walking. The most important thing is to pull in your stomach, spread your shoulder blades, relax your shoulders and lower them down - this helps greatly to stabilize the spine. It is very important to wear the corrector correctly and systematically work on your posture. Only then will the therapy give the best results.
