The set includes 4 different sized vacuum cups that allow you to perform various types of massage, including anti-cellulite. Depending on the size of the cup, massage can be performed on various parts of the body (mainly thighs, buttocks, abdomen, arms, neckline and face). Regular Chinese cupping massage improves blood and lymph circulation, firms, smoothes and nourishes the skin, and reduces cellulite. The cups are lightweight and do not take up much space - they are convenient to take with you.

How do vacuum cups work?

Chinese cups create a vacuum on the skin's surface, so the skin and tissues are gently "sucked" into the cup. Blood circulation and lymph flow improve in this area, which promotes regenerative and healing processes. During cupping massage, water stagnation is also partially "massaged out", cellulite is reduced and even body volume is slightly reduced. Also, with regular use of cups, the skin becomes smoother and wrinkles are reduced. Chinese cups can also be used for medical purposes.

How to perform cupping massage?

1. Apply a generous amount of massage oil to the skin.
2. We place a cup of the appropriate size on the body, squeeze it slightly so that the skin "sucks" it in, and pull it upwards. It is important to do the Chinese cup massage from the bottom up - towards the heart.
3. In addition to simple movements from the bottom up, you can also perform "zigzag" movements, which additionally increase blood and lymph flow and stimulate regenerative processes.
4. In this way, we perform a full body massage. You can use circular movements for the abdomen or buttocks.

We use Chinese cups according to their size for the appropriate body parts - the smallest cups are suitable for the face, the largest for the thighs or buttocks, and the medium-sized cups for the neckline or arms.
