How to use a stone heater?

1. Wash the stones thoroughly before first and each subsequent use.
2. Place a towel on the bottom of the heater and place the basalt stones on top. Add enough water to cover the stones (but no more than 2,5 cm below the top edge).

What should you remember?

• Massage stones should be at a temperature of approximately 47-50℃ – clearly warm, but at the same time should not burn or cause discomfort.
• Massage stones should be slightly damp and well lubricated with massage oil.
• The stones should be placed on the body, properly lubricated with massage oil (avoid reddened areas, wounds, burns and scratches).
