Tips for using a Gua Sha jade roller

• Before Gua Sha massage, cleanse and dry your skin, and apply your favorite cream, serum, or oil.
• Start the massage by gently "stroking" your face with your hands, and then pressing with your fingers.
• After this introduction, you can start the actual massage using the jade roller. To minimize the size of your skin pores during the massage, it is a good idea to put the roller in the refrigerator (for a few minutes) to cool it down a bit before using it.
