Flowin® Sport Gliding Training System

Training principle – controlled friction

Flowin® Sport is a Swedish gliding training system for total body strengthening. The system is based on the friction principle – exercises are performed by sliding special pads on the surface of the mat. This allows for precise control of the movement and constant muscle tension throughout the exercise, effectively engaging the deep stabilizing muscles.

A versatile solution for daily workouts

Flowin® Sport is perfect for both beginners and advanced users. The system allows you to perform a variety of exercises, from strength and stability to stretching and mobility training.
Its compact size makes it easy to use at home or take with you to training.

Low load on joints – high efficiency

The sliding principle reduces impact loads, making training safe for joints. The intensity is easily adjusted according to body position and support points, making the system suitable for users of all levels of fitness.
