Heat-cold pack MoVeS Soft Touch. Size M

The MoVeS heat-cold pack is suitable for both heat and cold therapy. This dual use makes it a strong alternative to conventional heating pads and ice packs. The universal, reusable pack is made of non-toxic materials and the surface is covered with Soft-Touch fabric, which allows the compress to be applied directly to the skin without the risk of burns or frostbite. The pack is easy to shape, remains soft even at temperatures below -20°C and can be bent at any angle for maximum joint and muscle coverage.

Heat therapy recommended for non-inflammatory pain and rheumatic diseases. Use of the MoVeS package for heat therapy:

• Heat in a water bath (2 minutes, 95°C) or in a microwave (1 minute, 750W).
• The heat lasts for about 30 minutes.
• Can be applied directly to the skin, there is no risk of burns.

Cold pack recommended for trauma, migraine, sunstroke. It reduces pain, inflammation, swelling, prevents bruising. Use of the MoVeS package for cold therapy:

• Cool in the refrigerator or freezer (at -18°C).
• The cold lasts for about 30 minutes.
• Can be applied directly to the skin, there is no risk of frostbite.
