The heat pack is made of a pleasant, padded material that is resistant to temperatures up to 70°C. The special surface guarantees the cleanliness and hygiene of the pack.
To increase the heat effect, the package is filled with a mud mass of a paste consistency.
Can be used with or without disposable mud packs.

Users manual

Heat packs are heated in special tubs or water baths. If they are to be used together with disposable mud packs, it is recommended to heat them in a water bath to a temperature of 55-65 °C. The constant water temperature during heating should not exceed 70 °C. The pack is heated within 25-50 minutes, depending on its size. To reuse, place it back in the water bath for at least 5-7 minutes.

What can I do to make the heat pack last as long as possible?

Follow these rules:
Never leave wet, hot heat packs in areas exposed to direct sunlight.

• Do not use the packs in areas with high heat, high humidity and chlorine concentrations (such as swimming pools).
• Do not store the package at temperatures above 70°C.
• Do not keep the heat pack above 60°C for a very long time, such as overnight.
• Never heat in the oven or on the grill.
• Heat packs should not be placed in freezers. Temperatures that are too low will significantly reduce their quality and the overall lifespan of the pack.
• Do not use alcohol-based disinfectants for cleaning.

ATTENTION!
Do not heat the heat pack in the oven or on the grill, do not place in the freezer. If the pack is damaged, do not use it. The product can be disposed of with normal waste.

Storage and shelf life

Store the product at a temperature of +5 to +25 °C, away from direct sunlight.
The guaranteed service life is approximately 300 cycles or max. 1 year when the packages are used properly according to the instructions for use. With prolonged use, the mud filler gradually dries out, which can cause the package to harden and lose its thermal properties, and the PVC outer material gradually wears out.
