How do you know if you have chosen the correct resistance band? If you cannot perform a single exercise 8 to 10 times with the band, you should choose a lower resistance band. If you can easily do the exercise 10 to 12 times with the band and do not feel any fatigue, the resistance of the band is too weak for you.
