Latex-free resistance bands set, 5 x 1.5 m

MoVeS Band Resistance Bands are premium quality latex-free bands. This is a very important feature for people with latex allergies. Used for flexibility and stretching exercises. The band works on the principle of resistance – using positive and negative muscle force. The band improves range of motion and increases strength. Convenient for use in the gym, at home or on the go. Used after shoulder, knee, hip injuries, surgeries, tears in ligaments, tendons, muscles.

All MoVeS Band bands have a Snap – Stop feature that makes your workout completely safe. Thanks to extensive research and development, the manufacturer has achieved the result that these bands do not tear even when they are under high tension or have tears or holes in them. Band resistance levels

The set includes 5 different levels of resistance and colour bands:

• Weak resistance – yellow
• Average resistance – red
• Strong Resistance – Green
• Very strong resistance – blue
• Particularly resistant – black

How do you know if you have chosen the correct resistance band? If you cannot perform a single exercise 8 to 10 times with the band, you should choose a lower resistance band. If you can easily do the exercise 10 to 12 times with the band and do not feel any fatigue, the resistance of the band is too weak for you.
