How do you know if you have chosen the correct resistance band – the loop? If you cannot perform a single exercise 8 to 10 times with a loop band, you should choose a lower resistance band. If you can easily do the exercise 10-12 times with the band-loop and do not feel any fatigue, the resistance is too weak for you.
