Hold it firmly in the palm of your hand and use the one, two or three round handles to massage tense, tired or aching muscles in your neck, back, shoulders, arms or legs. One knob is commonly used to relieve intense pain in trigger points. Two knobs are most commonly used to massage muscles on both sides of the spine. Use the three knobs to massage the large muscles of the shoulders and back in firm, even movements. Easily cleaned with warm soapy water. Not for use in the microwave. Dishwasher safe.
