It allows you to perform almost all joint movements including flexion, extension, resistance, abduction, adduction, pronation, supination. Resistance can be modified to suit specific needs by changing the position of the arm and/or the depth of finger insertion. Both arms, one arm or one finger can be exercised at the same time. Suitable for all hand sizes and strengths. Different resistance levels are marked in different colours.
