MoVeS Standart heat and cold package, size S

The MoVeS Heat-Cold Package is suitable for both heat and cold therapy. This dual use makes it a strong alternative to conventional heating pads and ice packs. The versatile, reusable packaging is made of non-toxic materials and the surface is covered with a Soft-Touch fabric that allows the compress to be applied directly to the skin without the risk of burns or frostbite. The pack is easy to shape, stays soft even at temperatures below -20°C and can be folded at any angle to maximise coverage of the joint and muscles.

Heat therapy is recommended for non-inflammatory pains and rheumatic conditions. Use of the MoVeS package for heat therapy:

• Heat in a water bath (2 minutes, 95°C) or microwave (1 minute, 750W).
• The heat is maintained for about 30 minutes.
• A towel or compression bandage should always be placed between the skin and the compress to avoid burning the skin.

The cold pack is recommended for trauma, migraines and sunstroke. It reduces pain, inflammation, swelling and prevents bruising. Use of the MoVeS pack for cold therapy:

• Refrigerate or chill in the freezer (-18°C).
• The cold lasts for about 30 minutes.
• A towel or compression bandage should always be placed between the skin and the compress to prevent frostbite.
