The MoVeS heat-cold pack is suitable for both heat and cold therapy. This dual use makes it a strong alternative to conventional heating pads and ice packs. The pack is tube-shaped and made of flexible material, so you can easily apply the pack to the painful area even when warm or chilled. The design of the pack itself ensures that heat or cold therapy is applied to the whole area. Reusable, non-toxic. Contains no latex. Heat therapy is recommended for non-inflammatory pain and rheumatic conditions. Cold compress is recommended for trauma, migraine, sunstroke. It reduces pain, inflammation, swelling and prevents bruising. A towel or compression bandage should always be placed between the skin and the pack to prevent burning/freezing of the skin.
