Thanks to the practical, convenient packaging, now everyone can enjoy mud baths without having to visit a spa.

It relieves acute pain in the musculoskeletal system. Pleasant, relaxing heat and active humic (organic) acids bind stress hormones and toxic substances, have anti-inflammatory, antiviral and antibacterial effects. Mud bath is suitable for arthritis, stimulates blood circulation, helps relieve muscle spasms, promotes better well-being and mood.

Use

Add the contents of the package to 100-150 l of water (classic bath = 100 l) at a temperature of 37-38 °C. Mix thoroughly.

After a 15-minute bath, take a shower, then lie in bed for 20 minutes.

Mud is very beneficial for the skin. Apply a light layer of mud to your face, avoiding the eyes and mouth. Leave for 10-15 minutes and rinse. After that, we recommend applying your favorite moisturizer.

Attention! If dirt gets into your eyes, rinse them with clean water.

Note: Due to the very fine consistency of the mud, the mud bath can be safely disposed of down the drain. It is not recommended for use in whirlpool baths as it may clog the jets.
