The water used in cold baths is often very cold, between 4 and 10 °C. In ice baths, the water is even colder, usually between 1 and 4 °C. When the water temperature is below 10 °C, it can be uncomfortable in the hip area and on the soles of the feet.
Avantopool neoprene shorts protect the most sensitive areas of the body for both men and women, and allow you to enjoy cold treatments more safely and pleasantly. The shorts are made of neoprene, which is commonly used in water sports and diving clothing. Neoprene is a synthetic rubber material. It contains evenly distributed closed air bubbles, which give the material thermal insulation and elastic properties. The 2 mm thick high-quality neoprene rubber is covered on both sides with nylon knit fabric, making it pleasant to the skin.
