Disposable mud packs

Procedures with disposable mud packs are a gentler and more comfortable alternative to traditional mud wraps. A mud pack consists of a 3-4 mm thick mud mixture, one side of which is covered with a film, and the other side is a pleasant non-woven material that fits snugly to the body and allows active ingredients to pass through. Such a procedure with disposable mud packs effectively relieves back and joint pain and reduces muscle tension. Suitable for arthrosis, rheumatism, etc.

Description of the mud treatment

A disposable mud pack is always placed on the client with a non-woven material, and a special heat pack is placed on top of it. The heat pack initially gradually heats the disposable mud pack (gradual heat release prevents thermal shock), and then maintains the appropriate temperature throughout the procedure. The non-woven fabric, as a permeable layer, does not prevent direct contact of the mud with the body. The effectiveness of humic substances is identical to the effectiveness of classic peat wraps.

After the procedure, all that remains is to wipe the client with a damp towel.
