Milon YOU – a new injury-free training concept

We are proud to introduce the world’s first medical-grade fitness equipment that is revolutionising the way we think about exercise. With Milon YOU, starting your workout is faster and easier than ever before. In just 5 seconds, Milon YOU performs a detailed scan of the client, measuring their body measurements. Based on the measured data, the moving parts of all Milon machines – levers, seats – can be adjusted automatically. This advanced feature ensures maximum customer safety by reducing the risk of incorrect settings or possible injuries.

Physical fitness and agility testing

Milon YOU goes beyond scanning – it also offers additional mobility and fitness tests. Physical fitness tests include balance, agility, jumps and sarcopenia, while mobility tests include squats, shoulder flexibility, abduction and back bending. These tests give trainers a useful insight into clients’ physical abilities, allowing them to better understand their strengths and identify areas of the body that need more attention.

Training objectives

When you select a training goal and level, the corresponding training plan is automatically saved. However, you can choose and customise a personalised plan.

Pain point rating

During the login process, the user can record pain points and rate the level of pain intensity on a scale from 1 to 10. This allows for even better customisation of individual workouts.

3D avatar technology

The main highlight of Milon YOU is the 3D avatar technology. The 3D avatar is both an image and a trainer, giving the user real-time feedback and guaranteeing a unique top-level training experience.

Data transmission

The data is automatically transmitted to the Milon CARE system, allowing all Milon training equipment to adapt to individual needs.

What is Milon CARE?

Milon CARE is a quantum leap in training control, quality of care and efficiency of training studio management. We’re talking about Milon CARE, the software that performs these functions:

• Fast automatic setting of fitness equipment
• Detailed progress monitoring and training analysis
• Storing individual training plans
• Possibility to exchange results data

One of CARE’s main tasks is to manage all Milon equipment. The software, with its impressive screen design, ensures comfortable data reading and extremely user-friendly operation. It works with all web-enabled equipment, all you need is a DSL connection and a web browser such as Firefox or Chrome. That’s it.
