The KERN MPE is approved as a medical device and is therefore suitable for professional use in medical institutions, sports clubs, spas and wellness centres. These high-quality professional scales offer a wide range of useful features.
The BMI function is for underweight and/or overweight.
A second display on the back of the scales makes it easy for both the patient and the doctor or nursing staff to read the data.
The integrated retractable height gauge allows you to weigh the patient and measure the height (90 – 205 cm) with one device.
The weight averaging function is useful for weighing patients who cannot stand still.
The mother-child function allows you to measure the weight of the parents at the start, reset the scales to zero and then weigh the parents and baby together. This is how the weight of the child is determined. This is particularly practical when weighing babies, who may be left lying in their parents’ arms during the weighing.
