MoVeS Band Resistance Bands are Premium quality bands. Used for flexibility and stretching exercises. The band works on the principle of resistance – using positive and negative muscle force. The band improves range of motion and increases strength. Convenient for use in the gym, at home or on the go. Used after shoulder, knee, hip injuries, surgeries, tears in ligaments, tendons, muscles.

All MoVeS Band bands have a Snap – Stop feature that makes your workout completely safe. Thanks to extensive research and development, the manufacturer has achieved the result that these bands do not tear even when they are under high tension or have tears or holes in them. The resistance levels of the tapes are determined by the thickness and colour of the band. Choose the right band for your fitness level and goal. The MoVeS Band offers a wide range of resistance bands – from the lowest resistance for the weakest patients to ultra-high resistance for professional athletes.

How do you know if you have chosen the right resistance band? If you cannot perform a single exercise 8 to 10 times with the band, you should choose a lower resistance band. If you can easily do the exercise 10 to 12 times with the band and do not feel any fatigue, the resistance of the band is too weak for you.
